How to do it

  1. Set the bar on blocks around knee height with a wide snatch grip.
  2. Flatten your back, get your shoulders over the bar, and brace.
  3. Explode up through triple extension with no bounce.
  4. Punch under and catch the bar locked out overhead in a partial squat, then stand.
