How to do it

  1. Set up over the bar like a deadlift with a shoulder width grip.
  2. Pull the bar up your legs and explode through your hips.
  3. Shrug and pull under, catching the bar on your front delts in a quarter squat.
  4. Stand tall to finish.

Catch it high, above a half squat, that's what makes it a power clean not a full clean.
