How to do it

  1. Start with the bar over mid-foot, flat back, hook grip just outside the legs.
  2. Explode through triple extension and pull yourself under to catch in a high rack.
  3. From the rack, sink into a full front squat below parallel.
  4. Drive through your heels back to standing, elbows staying high.

The one cue that matters

Catch the clean with elbows whipping through fast so the bar sits on your delts, not your wrists.
