How to do it

  1. Set a barbell across your upper back and unrack it, standing tall.
  2. Step forward into a lunge and lower until both knees reach about 90 degrees.
  3. Pause and hold at the bottom for a two-count.
  4. Drive through your front heel back to standing, then alternate legs.
