How to do it

  1. Hold the bar overhead in a wide snatch grip, arms locked out.
  2. Brace hard and sit your hips down between your feet.
  3. Drop to full depth keeping the bar stacked over your midfoot.
  4. Drive up through the whole foot, bar staying overhead.
