How to do it

  1. Press a barbell overhead with a wide grip, arms locked out.
  2. Step forward into a long lunge and lower until both knees reach about 90 degrees.
  3. Keep the bar stacked over your shoulders and your core braced.
  4. Drive through your front heel back to standing, then alternate legs.
