How to do it

  1. Lie flat and grip the bar with palms facing each other on the neutral handles.
  2. Pull your shoulder blades back and plant your feet.
  3. Lower the bar to your lower chest with elbows tucked at about 45 degrees.
  4. Drive the bar back up until your arms lock out.
