How to do it

  1. Hold a medicine ball at your chest with both hands, feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Sit your hips back and down into a squat, keeping the ball at your chest.
  3. Lower until your thighs are at least parallel.
  4. Drive through your heels to stand tall and squeeze your glutes.
