How to do it

  1. Anchor a loop band in front and set up in a side plank on your forearm.
  2. Grip the band with your top hand and lift your hips into a straight line.
  3. Row the band back, pulling your elbow toward your hip.
  4. Lower under control, finish reps, then switch sides.
