How to do it

  1. Lie flat on your back with a band around your ankles, legs extended and arms by your hips.
  2. Keep your feet hip-width apart to hold band tension.
  3. Raise one leg up toward vertical while the other stays down.
  4. Lower it under control and alternate legs.
