How to do it

  1. Anchor a loop band in front and set up in a high plank gripping it with one hand.
  2. Widen your feet and brace your core.
  3. Row the band back, pulling your elbow toward your hip.
  4. Lower under control and finish reps before switching hands.

Keep your hips dead level as you row, do not let your torso rotate open.
