Circle the ropes outward and feel the delts cook.

Stay low and braced so the power comes from the whole body, not just shoulders.
Circling both arms outward in big spirals keeps the ropes under continuous load through a pattern your shoulders never see in pressing or raising, while your braced lower half anchors the whole thing. As a timed drill it is conditioning first, your heart rate climbs steadily the longer the spirals keep rolling. It earns its slot as a rotation-flavoured change-up when slams and waves have stopped feeling hard.
They keep your heart rate high like any rope drill, while the circular pattern demands continuous shoulder control through ranges that straight waves never touch. Think conditioning with a coordination tax on top.
Big continuous circles give the delts no rest between reps, so some burn is unavoidable, but standing tall and spinning from the arms alone makes it worse. Stay low, brace hard, and let your whole body feed the movement.
This version spirals outward, up and away from your body. There is nothing stopping you running inward circles in another set for balance, but keep each set one direction so the rhythm stays clean.
