Dome under your back, one leg airborne, full glute focus.

Keep your hips level and move slow to balance on the dome.
With your upper back on the dome and one leg extended, the planted side's glute drives every rep alone while the unstable surface under your shoulders punishes any uneven push. Your hamstrings assist the drive and help control the descent. One leg at a time, it earns its place for exposing which glute has been coasting in two-leg bridges and thrusts, and for building level, controlled hip drive on each side.
The working glute is not strong enough yet to hold the hips level against the extended leg's weight. Shorten the range, slow down and squeeze harder at the top, level hips are the whole point.
Upper back, like a hip thrust. That lets your hips travel through a full range below the dome while your shoulders ride the unstable surface.
Same pattern, but the dome under your upper back moves, so your torso and the working glute stabilise as well as lift. Expect fewer clean reps than your floor number.
