Heaviest compound first
Open with a barbell bench or overhead press for 3 to 4 sets of 5 to 8 while your energy is highest. This is where you drive strength progression, so keep 1 to 2 reps in reserve and add weight over time.
Lead with a heavy compound press, add a second press angle, then side delts and triceps isolation.
Structure push day around one heavy compound press first, when you are freshest, then a second pressing angle, then isolation for delts and triceps. A clean template is flat or incline barbell press for 3 to 4 sets, then an incline dumbbell or overhead press, then lateral raises, and finally a triceps movement or two. Aim for about 6 to 9 total pressing and delt sets plus 3 to 4 triceps sets in the 6 to 15 rep range.

Follow with a second press at a different angle, like incline dumbbell if you started flat, then lateral raises for the medial delt that presses miss. Two to three angles of pressing plus direct laterals covers chest and shoulders fully.
Presses already hit triceps, so 3 to 4 sets of an isolation like rope pushdowns or overhead extensions in the 10 to 15 rep range finishes the job. Save these for last since fresh triceps help your pressing earlier in the session.
