How do I share a routine with someone else?

In SUUPR open the routine, tap the share icon, and send the link; your friend imports it as their own editable copy.

The quick answer

Open the routine you want to send, tap the share button, and send the generated link through any messaging app. When they open it, the routine copies into their own library so they can follow or edit it without changing yours. This is handy for sending a training partner your exact exercises, sets, and rep targets rather than describing them.

How to think about it

Share from the routine screen

The share action lives on the routine detail page in SUUPR. Sharing sends the full structure, exercises, set counts, and rep ranges, so nothing gets lost in translation.

They get their own copy

When your friend imports it, it becomes an independent copy in their library. Their edits and logged sets stay separate from yours, so you both progress on your own numbers.

Great for coaching a partner

Sending the actual plan beats screenshots because they can log directly against your prescribed sets and follow the intended progression from day one.
