Use the equipment filter
A good app lets you specify what you own so it never programs a leg press you do not have. Set this once and generated routines stay realistic for your space.
Set your available equipment in the app's profile or filters so it only programs lifts you can actually do.
Most training apps have an equipment or gym profile setting, tell it whether you have barbells, dumbbells, machines, cables, or just bands, and it filters exercises to match. In SUUPR you set available equipment and swap any prescribed lift for an equivalent that uses your gear. Keep that profile updated when you switch between a home setup and a full gym.

When the app suggests something you cannot do, replace it with a same pattern move on your gear, dumbbell press for a machine press, band row for a cable row. The training effect stays the same.
If you train at home some days and a commercial gym others, update the equipment list or keep separate routines so each session only shows lifts you can perform right then.
