The first things to check are whether each muscle gets 2 sessions a week and whether pulling matches pushing. A split that trains chest hard but backs it with two rows is out of balance and invites shoulder problems.
Judge any split on frequency per muscle, push-pull balance, weekly volume and whether you can recover from it.
A good split trains each muscle about twice a week, balances pushing and pulling, and lands each muscle at 10 to 20 hard sets. The common failures are bro splits that hit a muscle once a week, too much chest versus back, and no direct arm, hamstring or rear delt work. Post the actual days and lifts and I can pinpoint the gaps.

Next, count weekly sets per muscle for the 10 to 20 range, and make sure your rest days let you actually recover. A 6 day split with no rest and 25 sets per muscle looks impressive and stalls fast.
Scan for muscles that get nothing direct: rear delts, hamstrings, calves and abs are the usual casualties. The best split on paper still fails if you skip half your leg.
