Quality falls off a cliff
Your first exercises get your best effort, and by the eighth or ninth movement you are just accumulating junk fatigue. Growth comes from hard sets, not from the length of your exercise list.
If a session runs past 75 minutes or your last lifts feel flat, you likely have too many exercises and too little quality.
Probably, if quality is dropping. Most productive sessions cover 4 to 8 exercises; beyond that, fatigue tanks the effort you can give the later lifts. Two to four hard sets each on well chosen movements beats ten exercises you rush through. If the exercises at the end feel weak and pointless, trim them and put that energy into fewer, harder sets.

Cover the session goal with a few compounds and a couple of isolations, roughly 4 to 8 exercises. That is enough to hit 10 to 20 weekly sets per muscle without 2 hour marathons.
Three chest exercises that all press at the same angle add little over two well chosen ones. Cut overlap and keep movements that train different angles or muscles.
