How to do it

  1. Anchor your feet and sit so your hips rest on the pad, torso free to lower.
  2. Hold a dumbbell with arms extended in front of your chest.
  3. Lower your torso until it lines up with your legs, arms staying straight.
  4. Sweep the weight in a wide circle down to one side, across, and up to the other.
