How to do it

  1. Stand tall and step one foot forward into a lunge.
  2. Lower until both knees hit about 90 degrees.
  3. Drive through the front heel and bring the back foot forward into the next lunge.
  4. Keep walking forward, alternating legs.

Stay upright and don't let your front knee drift past your toes on each step.
