Jump high and snap those knees to your chest.

How to do it

  1. Stand tall with feet hip-width, knees softly bent.
  2. Dip down and explode straight up as high as you can.
  3. At the top, pull both knees up toward your chest.
  4. Extend your legs to land soft and immediately reset.
