How to do it

  1. Start on all fours, hands under shoulders and knees under hips.
  2. Brace your core and keep your back flat.
  3. Extend one leg straight back and lift it until it's in line with your torso.
  4. Squeeze the glute at the top, then lower with control. Switch legs.
