How to do it

  1. Stand behind a low platform, chest up and core braced.
  2. Step one foot onto the platform and drive up to balance on it.
  3. From the top, step that same foot back and down into a deep reverse lunge below the box.
  4. Drive back up onto the platform and repeat, then switch sides.
