How to do it

  1. Stand tall, holding something for balance if needed.
  2. Lift one leg slightly off the floor and out to the side.
  3. Draw slow, controlled circles with that leg from the hip.
  4. Reverse the direction, then switch legs.

Keep your standing hip stable and move from the hip, don't let your torso sway.
