How to do it

  1. Lie with your upper back on the stability ball, hips up in a tabletop bridge.
  2. Press your palms together with arms extended toward the ceiling.
  3. Rotate your torso and arms to one side, rolling onto your shoulder.
  4. Twist back through center to the other side, keeping hips up.
