How to do it

  1. Stand shoulder-width and sink into a deep bodyweight squat.
  2. Hold the bottom and rotate your torso to reach one arm up toward the ceiling.
  3. Return to center, then rotate and reach to the other side.
  4. Drive back up to standing and repeat.
