How to do it

  1. Set a decline bench inside the Smith machine, head lower than hips.
  2. Grip the bar slightly wider than shoulders and unrack it.
  3. Lower the bar to your lower chest with elbows tucked.
  4. Press it back up along the track until your arms lock out.
