How to do it

  1. Hold a single dumbbell vertically with both hands in front of your hips.
  2. Set your feet wide with toes pointed out at about 45 degrees.
  3. Sit straight down between your legs, keeping your chest tall.
  4. Drive through your heels and squeeze your glutes to stand back up.
