How to do it

  1. Start on all fours, hands under shoulders and knees under hips.
  2. Brace your core to keep your torso steady.
  3. Lift one leg out to the side, opening at the hip with the knee bent.
  4. Squeeze at the top, then lower under control. Switch sides.
