How to do it

  1. Stand tall and step one foot back.
  2. Lower straight down until your back knee nearly kisses the floor.
  3. Keep your weight on the front foot and chest up.
  4. Drive through the front heel to step back to standing.

Step straight back, not out wide. Your front shin should stay close to vertical.
