How to do it

  1. Grip a PVC pipe with a wide overhand grip, feet just wider than shoulder-width.
  2. Hinge your hips back and bend your knees to lower the pipe toward the floor.
  3. Explosively extend your hips and legs, shrugging and pulling the pipe upward close to your body.
  4. Drop under it and catch it locked out overhead in a squat, then stand tall.

The one cue that matters

Keep the pipe close as it rises and punch under fast. This is about grooving the pattern, not speed of one big yank.

Muscles worked

The PVC Snatch isolates the Quads — no passengers. That makes it a clean tool for adding targeted quads volume without extra fatigue.
