How to do it

  1. Step forward into a lunge until both knees reach about 90 degrees.
  2. Rise a few inches, then sink back down into a small pulse.
  3. Repeat the pulses, staying low near the bottom.
  4. Drive fully to standing to finish, then switch legs.
