How to do it

  1. Stand on one leg with the other extended straight out in front.
  2. Reach your arms forward for balance and sit your hips back and down.
  3. Lower under control until your hamstring meets your calf, keeping the free leg off the floor.
  4. Drive through your standing heel to stand back tall.

Keep your heel planted and chest up, let it lift and you'll fall back every time.
