How to do it

  1. Set up in the squat machine with the pads on your shoulders and feet on the platform.
  2. Unlock the safeties and brace your core.
  3. Bend your knees and hips to lower until your thighs are at least parallel.
  4. Drive through your heels to press back up to the start.
