How to do it

  1. Stand tall and step one foot forward.
  2. Lower until both knees hit about 90 degrees, back knee near the floor.
  3. Keep your torso upright and core braced.
  4. Drive through the front heel to return to standing.

Keep your front knee tracking over your toes and your chest up the whole time.
