How to do it

  1. Step one foot forward into a deep lunge, back knee toward the floor.
  2. Reach down and grab your front ankle with the opposite hand.
  3. Hold and let your hips sink to feel the stretch through the hip and groin.
  4. Stand back up, switch sides, and repeat.
