How to do it

  1. Drop into a lunge with one foot forward and back knee low.
  2. Explode straight up off both legs into the air.
  3. Switch your legs in mid-air so the back foot lands forward.
  4. Absorb the landing into the next lunge and repeat.

Land soft with bent knees, don't let your front knee cave inward on the catch.
