How to do it

  1. Stand beside a box with one foot planted on top.
  2. Press through that foot to step up onto the box.
  3. At the top, drive the trailing knee up toward your chest.
  4. Lower back down with control and repeat, then switch sides.

Push through the box foot, don't push off the floor foot to cheat the step up.
