How to do it

  1. Set up in a wide stance with toes pointing slightly out.
  2. Shift your weight onto one leg and sit that hip down and back.
  3. Keep the other leg straight, foot planted flat.
  4. Push back to center, then shift to the other side.

Sit back into the working hip and keep that knee tracking over your foot.
