How to do it

  1. Stand tall, feet together.
  2. Take a big step out to one side and sit back into that hip.
  3. Keep the trailing leg straight and the stepping foot flat.
  4. Push off the bent leg to return to standing.

Push your hips back like closing a door, don't let your knee cave inward.
