Push your torso up off the floor and let your triceps do it all.

Keep your elbows tucked tight and your hips down, let your triceps press you up.
This floor movement is a bodyweight triceps builder. With your hips anchored down and elbows tucked, lifting just your torso makes elbow extension do all the work, and the angle loads your triceps near a stretched position at the bottom, the range floor push-ups mostly skip. It needs no kit at all, which makes it the go-to triceps move for home sessions and hotel gyms.
Your hips stay on the floor, so you are not pressing your whole body and your chest barely contributes. All the movement comes from your elbows extending, which turns it into triceps isolation.
Move your hands slightly further forward or lift only partway up. Strength comes quickly with bodyweight work, and the full tucked-elbow version will be there within a few sessions.
You are lifting from your spine instead of your arms. Keep your hips heavy on the floor, brace lightly through your middle and rise only as far as your triceps can press you.
